Privacy notice
Draft notice: Please review and complete this notice before launching a live data-collecting form.
Who we are
KD-VanDelivery provides transport and delivery enquiry services. Contact us at infokdvan@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you contact us or prepare a quote enquiry, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, collection and delivery locations, preferred date, and load details.
Why we use it
We use information you send to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and discuss potential transport arrangements. The quote form sends your enquiry to Formspree, a third-party form processing service, which processes the information so we can respond to your request.
Sharing and storage
If you send an enquiry, it is handled through email services used by you and KD-VanDelivery. We do not sell your enquiry details. We may need to share limited details with service providers where needed to fulfil an agreed job, subject to applicable law.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Contact us by email to make a request. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Before publishing
Confirm the business controller name and postal contact details, lawful basis, retention period, any processors, and the final form handling method. Update this notice when you connect a hosted quote form or analytics.
